The public-facing side presents the company's staffing services, company culture, client testimonials, and a dynamic job board where candidates can search, filter, and apply for positions. The interface is built with Next.js for optimal performance and SEO, ensuring the company ranks well for recruitment-related searches.

Behind the scenes, an admin panel equipped with NLP-based resume parsing technology automatically ranks and filters incoming applications. Recruiters can quickly identify top candidates without manually screening every submission — a feature that significantly reduced initial filtering time during the pilot phase.

Delivery within a tight 3-week timeline required focused sprint planning and ruthless prioritization. Role-based authentication cleanly separates public users, job applicants, and admin users, each with appropriate permissions and interfaces.
